My first experience wasn’t the best, but Trent reached out to me and took quite some time out of his night to write me a very long apology text. He explained to me where the error came from without sounding like he was making excuses and basically refunded my entire order and then some. I will definitely be giving them another try in the future. They showed me that they truely care about their customers and their business.

They are AWESOME. Local delivery business in Athens. They have stepped up their game too. They are less expensive than DD or Uber. The drivers contact you with delivery info once they pick up your order. The owner is always engaged and makes sure your delivery is taken care of.

My delivery driver, John, was very nice and showed up in great time. It was my first time using this service and I’m impressed. I’d definitely recommend it.

I'm incredibly impressed how our driver Trent handled this delivery. I may have a little too much to drink and when placing order got this poor driver all the way from his hometown to do a delivery for me at a hotel in Nashville! I wish Google had a 10 star review system!!! I would give 9/10 stars. Why 9 stars? As the driver pulled the food out of a thermal hot bag and placed it on the table he spilled my beer which is a party foul in it's on way. Way to go cosmic delivery!!! They're out of this world. Did I mention this driver used a thermal bag!!!!!!!

Well I would share photos of how many times I have had issues and it not be taken care of properly but it would fill your screen so I won’t. They keep restaurants that are closed on their site, get your money and then cancel the order leaving you to have to wait for a refund (repeatedly.) When food comes wrong they are not nice about trying to get it fixed. At least with doordash I don’t get attitude when I’m explaining that my whole order is wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. Also they do not understand that when they put a hold on your card it doesn’t not instantly fall off so those funds are not immediately made available.. just frustrating to say the least. The current text exchange I’m having shows how unprofessional they are honestly. Would not recommend. **FOLLOW-UP Trent reached out to me, went over the texts from his employee and apologized. Furthermore he made it right which is what matters. I am willing to give them another shot just based on how Trent handled it alone. Will follow up on the review.

I am SO impressed with Cosmic. Both times I have ordered through them, they have communicated well through text, kept me updated on order progress, and also asked for feedback on the delivery/order. Each time the restaurant did one thing wrong in the order, which was not Cosmic’s fault, but they made it right and appreciated my reporting it. They are also working with the restaurant partner to make sure orders can be perfectly accurate. They are eager for feedback and super anxious to please! I have had trouble with several other delivery companies and have been blown away with how awesome Cosmic is!

I have never had a bad experience with Cosmic Delivery. My food is always quick to arrive and still hot. The delivery personnel have always been nice and courteous. Not to mention, I live in sort of an out of the way area, and they will call/text to verify where they are delivering to. They also let me know if something has come up and they will be a little later than the time given. I've been using them for over a year now and have never been disappointed!

Cosmic is the only delivery service I will ever use in Athens. Fast, affordable, delivers far distances, great customer service, treats their drivers very well and they are ALWAYS willing to fix an issue no matter if the restaurant, customer or driver were the one at fault. Trent is a great boss and business owner. The managers are nearly all very hard working and determined to give you a great experience. Cosmic is the only sizable service of any kind that I’ve used where the owner will personally converse with you over an issue you have if need be. If you want a personal experience with a company who’s managers are truly passionate about what they’re doing then use cosmic delivery.

I love love cosmic. We always have a great experience using them. Food still be warm. We love their coupons! I can tell they care about their customers
